We understand, however, that purchasing a rug online can sometimes be a leap of faith — and your satisfaction is incredibly important to us.
If, for any reason, the rug you receive does not meet your expectations, we want you to feel completely at ease. That’s why we offer a simple, transparent, and customer-friendly return and refund process. Our goal is to make your experience with Rugs & Looms as seamless and satisfying as possible — from the moment you browse our collection to the final placement of your rug in your home.

7 - DAY RETURN WINDOW
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in its original, unused condition

Include all original packaging, tags, and documentation

Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of use
*Items returned outside this window or in non-original condition may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETUEN
To request a return, please fill out the return request form available on our Contact Us page. Our customer support team will get in touch with return instructions and coordinate the process.
FINAL INSPECTION AND REFUND TIMELINE
All returned rugs are subject to a final inspection at our facility to verify condition and eligibility.
As we are currently in the early stages of operations, refunds may take additional time to process. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
REFUND DETAILS
Once your return has been inspected and approved:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow up to 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
NON - RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-made or personalized rugs

Items marked “Final Sale”

Returns requested after the 7-day window

Items with the value of less than 200 us dollars
