At Rugs & Looms, we take great care in delivering your handcrafted pieces safely and on time. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, UAE, and Singapore. All orders are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.

 

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once we have received your order, we will send out a confirmation mail, regarding the confirmation of your order, apart from this you will be updated by our team at every stage of shipping and delivery process. You will also receive tracking information after the order has been dispatched.

 

 

DELIVERY CHARGES*

We are proud to offer free international delivery on all our orders, it means that we do not charge anything for the delivery of our products, all of the delivery charges are borne by us, the price mentioned on the product page is final and inclusive of all taxes and charges.

 

Please Note: Any customs duties/tariffs or local import taxes or any other taxes applicable in the destination country must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery and is not included in the price.

 

PROCESSING TIME*

After receiving an order, the order is processed within 2-7 working days.

 

DELIVERY TIMING*

Orders are shipped via reputable international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 7–20 business days, depending on the delivery location. We are not responsible for delays due to custom.

All shipments include full tracking, which will be shared with you as soon as your order is dispatched.
